Position: Service Writer / Warranty Administrator
Job description: Meet and confer with customers, complete service orders, facilitating all warranty related issues includes working vendors and manufacturers to recieve replacement parts, educating customers regarding warranty services and ensuring timely warranty issues are taken care of. This person will also be a liaison between the customer and factory while a unit is under warranty. As a liaison they must be sympathic to the customer's issues and needs and the factories abilities and limitations.
Qualifications: Basic Rv knowledge is an assest. Must have good computer skills and problem solving skills. Customer service skills are essential. Good telephone skills. Personable, good listener, and a pleasant personality. Work well with others. Apply at FMB Trailer sales in Holmen, WI.
