The criteria used for determining driver purchase value:
Looking at the track records OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS (or most recent 2
years of racing for any given driver) this is how price points
breakdown:
0 Top 10's = $1-Million.
1-5 Top 10's = $2-Million
6-9 Top 10's = $3-Million
10+ Top 10's = $4-Million
10+ AND at least one Championship = $5-Million
2. You MUST select three drivers NO MORE – NO LESS. If you select less
than three drivers you will be awarded zero points for that race.
3. Points are awarded just as they are awarded at the La Crosse
Fairgrounds Speedway:
4. The full season at the La Crosse Fairgrounds Speedway will be split
into two Fantasy Racing League Seasons. Season 1 will begin May 3, 2008
and conclude at the end of the race on June 14, 2008. Season 2 will begin
April 28, 2008 and conclude at the end of the race August 30, 2008.
4. The first two races of the year (April 19th and April 26th will be
trial run weeks. These will be used as a testing for participants to
become familiar with how the league works. The points will be deleted
prior to the start of the May 3rd races. The May 3rd races will be the
start of Season 1. Your goal as an owner will be to gain as many points as
you can before the end of Season 1 which concludes with the June 14, 2008
races.
Season 2 will begin with the race on June 28th and conclude at the end
of August 30, 2008 races. Your goal as an owner will be to gain as many
points as you can before the end of Season 2 to win the grand prize.
Driver selections will be locked in at 6:30pm every Saturday night
regardless if there is a delay.
1. A weekly prize will be given to the person who scores the highest
total points for that race.
2. A grand prize will be given to the person in first place at the end
each season.
3. You can join in the league at anytime during the season to win
weekly prizes although chances of winning the grand prize at the end of
the season will be unlikely.
4. All ties after each race will be broken by comparing each owner’s
top scoring driver for the race just completed. If the tie is still not
broken, this process continues with the
second top scoring
driver and so forth down the team
until the tie is broken. If the tie between owners still exists after this
process the owner with the highest season points year to date will win.
5. In the event of a tie at the end of the racing season, the tie
breaker will be determined by comparing each owner’s top scoring driver
for the final race just completed. If the tie is still not broken, this
process continues with the second top scoring driver and so forth down the
team until the tie is broken.
Note: If you need driver stats, track performance history, profile
information, check out the driver profiles on the fantasy racing page on
