Kevin is the 10-time Track Champion at the La Crosse Fairgrounds Speedway.  He drives for Dutch Mill Trucking Motorsports, a team that is operated by his cousin, Tim Jacobs.  It is Tim's late father--and Kevin's uncle--Neil Jacobs that the initials "NJ" represent in front of the #4 on his car.

Neil was a pilot who flew Wisconsin short-track legend, Dick Trickle around to various races in the 80's.  On September 19, 1986, Neil was flying solo to Wisconsin Rapids to pick up Trickle, when something went wrong.  His plane crashed and Neil lost his life.  Kevin paid tribute to his uncle by placing his initials in front of his race car number and they've been there ever since.

Kevin was the track champion at La Crosse in 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1994, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2005 and 2006.  In 2007, Kevin finished "runner-up" in the points to his teammate, Steve Carlson and 6th overall in the nation.  He's on the hunt in 2008 for his 11th championship.
